Payment
At present we only accept secure Credit / Debit card payments. We process the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo.
Shipping
All orders are sent via TRACKABLE means, with FREE insurance against transit damage or package loss up to the value of £30. Any lost or damaged package will be reshipped FREE of charge upon return of the damaged parcel or after expiration of the delivery estimates.
The vast majority of orders ship within 48 hours of payment being processed. Tracking details will be sent along with Shipping Confirmation, registered users will also be able to track their orders at any time using the 'Order History' section of the 'Account' page.

All UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Mail. - Europe (3 - 14 day delivery estimate) £3.95 flat rate
All European orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For. - Rest of the World (5 - 21 day delivery estimate) £4.95 flat rate
All other orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For.

While every item is checked before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the perfect condition, we do understand that some problems may arise due to a faulty merchandise. If you report a problem to us within 30 days of receiving your package, we will happily replace any faulty/damaged item FREE of charge. Please note: to ensure a speedy replacement, please email for a Returns number and ship via a trackable means.
